General meeting of the User Association 2024

Call for general meeting i The user association Tønderhallerne

Wednesday 29 May at 18.30 in Tønderhallerne

All associations that are active users of the User Association's facilities and the associated Sports and Leisure Center are welcome to the general meeting.

Proposals that are to be considered at the general meeting must be submitted in writing/electronically to [email protected], and must be in the hands of the User Association no later than Tuesday 21 May 2024

The agenda and any Submitted proposals can be found on Tønderhallerne's website www.tonderhallerne.dk no later than one week before the general meeting.

The association's current statutes can be requested via e-mail [email protected]
