Rules

There is room for everyone in Tønder Fitness & Wellbeing, but in order for us to thrive in harmony with each other, there are various rules of order that all members and employees must follow. Below you can see how we keep pace and tone right at Tønder Fitness & Wellbeing.

1: Everyone must check in – As a member, you must load your membership card and appear at the customer computer to gain access to Tønder Fitness & Wellbeing.

2. Remember the right equipment – During training, clothing and shoes intended for indoor training must always be used.

3: Cleaning up after yourself – Training equipment must be cleaned up after use. Weight plates, dumbbells, benches, extra 2.5 kg weights (for strength training on machines) etc. must be in the correct places after use.

4: Plastic mugs/cups – It is not permitted to use plastic cups in the centre. All members may use a drinking bottle or drink bottle/shaker in the centre.

5: Spray the machines after use

6: Follow the general instructions in the Center – Members must always follow the other notices found in the center and follow instructions from Tønder Fitness & Wellbeing's staff.

7: Emergency exits – The emergency exits must not be blocked and must only be used in an emergency.

Violation of the rules of order or failure to comply with the staff's instructions may result in a warning and possibly expulsion.
