User association general meeting

Call for general meeting i The user association Tønderhallerne

 Tuesday 30 May at 17.00 in Tønderhallerne

All associations that are active users of the User Association's facilities and the associated Sports and Leisure Center are welcome to the general meeting.

Proposals to be considered at the general meeting must be submitted in writing/electronically to [email protected], and must reach the User Association no later than Monday 22 May 2023

The agenda and any Submitted proposals can be found on Tønderhallerne's website www.tonderhallerne.dk no later than one week before the general meeting.

The association's current statutes can be requested via e-mail [email protected]
